  • Workflow automation

  • Integrations and system connectivity

Services are customized per client and may evolve over time.

 

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Use services lawfully

  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt systems

  • Ensure proper authorization for data you provide

 

4. Data Usage

You retain ownership of your data.
SwiftThinkr processes your data only to provide and improve services.

 

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Pricing is based on agreed scope and services

  • Payments must be made according to contract terms

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

 

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or external factors may impact availability.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

SwiftThinkr is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue or business interruptions

  • Issues caused by third-party integrations

 

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are not made

  • Security risks are identified

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services means you accept updated terms.

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

1. Purpose

This DPA outlines how SwiftThinkr processes data on behalf of clients.

2. Roles

  • Client = Data Controller

  • SwiftThinkr = Data Processor

3. Data Processing

We process data only to:

  • Deliver AI services

  • Improve performance

  • Maintain system functionality

4. Security Measures

  • Data isolation (multi-tenant architecture)

  • RBAC permissions

  • Audit logging

  • Secure authentication

5. Subprocessors

We may use trusted third-party providers to support services.

6. Data Transfers

We implement safeguards for international data transfers where applicable.

7. Data Subject Rights

We support requests for:

  • Access

  • Correction

  • Deletion

 

8. Breach Notification

We will notify clients of any data breach as required by law.

 

HIPAA Addendum

This addendum applies when SwiftThinkr processes protected health information (PHI).

SwiftThinkr implements:

3. Use of PHI

PHI is used only for:

  • Delivering services

4. Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
